This Privacy Policy describes the policies of Future Leaders, LLC, (“FLL” or “we”) regarding the collection, use, disclosure and protection of certain information.  By using the FutureLeaders.us.com website (the “Site”), you indicate your acceptance of this Privacy Policy.  If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the Site.

FLL reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time, effective immediately after FLL gives notice of the change by a posting on the Site. Your use of this Site after such notice is posted indicates your acceptance of such changes.

We (directly and through third parties) collect personally identifiable information when you register as a member of Future Leaders, enter contests, or participate in other interactive online activities through the Site.  This personally identifiable information may include your name, gender, date of birth, mailing address, e-mail address, phone numbers, college, graduation date, nationality and other identifiers that permit us to contact you.  As described below, we may use such information to award prizes or, with your permission, for promotional and marketing purposes.  We also collect non-personally-identifiable information (such as your IP address or domain) directly and through third parties, including through the use of Web beacons, for purposes of site administration and to compile aggregate information about usage of this Site.

While no transmission of data over the Internet is completely secure, we have implemented appropriate safeguards to help maintain data security and to make proper use of the information that we collect.

POLICY FOR MINORS

This Site is directed at college age people, but in no event to children under 13.  Users under 18 years old should not submit or post information to the Site without the consent of a parent or guardian.  Unless otherwise disclosed during collection, we do not knowingly provide any personally identifying information about people under 18, regardless of its source, to third parties, nor is this information knowingly used by FLL for marketing or promotional purposes.  Minors are not allowed to participate in contests on this Site.


POLICY FOR ADULT USERS

This Site collects personal information from users over 18 years of age in order to provide users with a personalized online experience and to provide our advertisers a way to reach the right audience.  FLL may share the personal and aggregate information we collect with our affiliates and partners and with other sites operated by or for FLL. If you use our E-mail Referral Service for informing friends about this Site, we ask for the friend's e-mail address, and we will send an e-mail in response to your request inviting your friend to visit the Site. This information is stored at this Site solely for the purpose of sending the e-mail.

PUBLIC FORUMS

Whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information online in blogs or similar posting areas, the information can be reviewed and collected by anyone. Therefore, do not post any information that you do not want to be made available to the general public. FLL is not responsible for unsolicited communications that arise from your postings on this Site.

PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS FROM THIS SITE

If you purchase products from this Site, information may be collected from you, for transfer to and use by third party providers of such products. FLL does not retain this information. Unless otherwise stated, FLL does not have any responsibility in connection with such purchases and all transactions and use of any customer information are the sole responsibility of the product provider. USE OF IP ADDRESSES
